manufacturer of hollow section, steel pipes and
tubular products. Borusan Mannesmann’s hollow
sections, water pipes, line pipes, oil & water well
casing pipes, pressure tubes, mother tubes and
precision tubes are all produced using state of the
art technology and know-how which has been
accumulated through five decades of manufacturing
experience. Production
Production is carried out over five
plants with a total capacity of 925.000 tonnes per
year. Pipe and tube manufacturing is the core
business of the Borusan Group, a conglomerate of
companies spread over four different industries;
steel, distributorship, logistics and energy. These
diverse companies all share a common set of
principles, which help this vast enterprise to
operate in complete harmony. These principles are

Among Borusan
Mannesmann’s short and long term plans are the
continued development and strengthening of its
position in the UK market through new opportunities
and partnerships, developing products with high
added value and enhancing production quality and
productivity. These goals and aspirations are
realised throughout the UK market via the
partnership of Borusan Mannesmann and Salzgitter
Mannesmann UK; the two companies operating and
trading as Borusan Mannesmann UK based in Harrogate,
North Yorkshire.
Borusan Mannesmann UK was formed in March 2006
with the primary intention of marketing and
distributing a UK based stock range of Borusan
Cold Formed Hollow Sections. Sales have steadily
increased since trading began and at any one time we
have several thousand tonnes of material available
for immediate despatch or collection from within our
storage facilities located in
Wharton Grove Wharf, Gunness, North Lincolnshire.
Extensive Product Range
Borusan Mannesmann UK also act as the exclusive
agents for the Borusan Group with the intention of
allowing UK customers direct and easy access to the
many products manufactured by the Borusan Mannesmann
Group; as a result we now regularly and exclusively
trade all products manufactured within the Borusan

Our sales, distribution and management team work
together within the Salzgitter Mannesmann UK Head
Office in
Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This synergy
with the Salzgitter group allows unrivalled access
to further resources and expertise if and when
